Warranty
As I am a parallel importer, I provide a 12-month in-house warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem, I will inspect and test the watch. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, I will discuss the options with you, including repair, replacement or a refund, and we will agree on the best solution.
